The printer positioning system consists of:
1- the main module is a steel bed mounted on adjustable legs, on which vertical
guide rails are fixed along which carriages with a carrying fork move. Lifting and
fixing is provided by a screw with a drive, the nut of which is fixed on a carrying fork
having horizontal guide rails, along which on carriages the printer can be installed and
fixed in the required position.
2 - conveyor - is installed horizontally on the main module and is designed to draw
the blank at a given speed through the printing zone into the receiving tray.
3 - control panel - has buttons and regulators for actuators control.
4 - receiving tray - catches finished products from the conveyor.
5 - Feeding module - designed for basing and feeding individual blanks for printing. It is
installed on adjustable legs directly near the conveyor.
TICAB PRINTING SYSTEM TPS to innowacyjna konstrukcja wspornikowa, która umożliwia podawanie pod głowicę drukującą materiałów o dużej objętości.
Głowica drukująca może być podniesiona do 30 cm ponad taśmą podającą bezpośrednio na ułożone kartony lub inne grube materiały.
TPS może być również podłączony do podajnika.
Uniwersalność: Druk na różnych porowatych nośnikach, takich jak torby papierowe,karton, ulotki, pudełka, drewniane deski lub grubsze elementy, takie jak koperty blistrowe i składane pudełka, a także tkaniny. Odporność atramentów pigmentowych HP zapewnia odporność na blaknięcie, zarysowania i uszkodzenia spowodowane wodą po wyschnięciu.
